CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We only accept cancellation requests that are made in accordance with this Policy. We are not obligated to allow any other cancellations or refund any other payment, except in accordance with our policies.
Trickc is a platform that offers digital services and intangible intellectual properties to various users. Once a business/individual/client/customer has purchased any service from us they may choose to cancel the said service and seek refund. The terms and conditions for cancellation and refund are enunciated herein.
In order to seek refund and cancel the services, the purchaser shall foremost send us an email communicating the same at ” email@example.com “.
In the situation where a customer cancels the project within 24 hours or before confirmation through email by us, whichever is earlier, then the customer shall be entitled to 100% refund of the amount paid by him/her. Under no other circumstances can there be a refund made to the customer.
However, if we fail to provide the services as declared in our website and/or fail to provide updates/reply to the customers for the projects we have undertaken for them, and/or we fail to show any report of stages of work to the customer, and/or fail to deliver the project to the customer within the stipulated deadline, only then will a 100% refund be available.
No refund shall be available to the customers if we produce work, reports and deliver the project to the customers.
The Customers / Clients / Individuals can exchange their service(s) with some of our other service(s) under mutual discussion. Partial refund is not available after confirmation of the project and if we’re abiding by all the Terms & Conditions of our services.
All accepted refunds shall be initiated to the payment method selected by the customer and/or payment method mutually agreed upon by both parties. Refunds shall be made to the customer within 10 working days or as agreed to between the parties.
No other cancellation or refund requests shall be entertained.
